What does cocktail Monday have to do with Cafe Pasqual’s shrimp cocktail. Well in my mind, everything. I have made this recipe twice and frankly it’s fabulous. How kind was Le Bon Dieu to first bless me the most fabulous wife and second have her mother live in Santa Fe. I have been to Cafe Pasquale’s often and always enjoyed it. It occurred to me that I could use the home made tomato juice from the shrimp cocktail as the base for a Bloody Mary or a (much tastier) Bloody Maria. I tried this out on both Kati and Mary. Success!
