This week we present our third concert from the Chesapeake Chamber Music Festival 29.  The concert took place at the Avalon Theatre in Easton on June 13, 2014 and was entitled Spohr ‘n More!

On the program…

Haydn: Piano Trio No.  18 in A.  Molly Morkoski, piano.  Daniel Phillips, violin.  Marcy Rosen, cello.

Spohr: Nonet in F, op. 31.  Carmit Zory, violin.  Maria Lambros, viola.  Marcy Rosen, cello.  Anthony Manzo, double bass.  Tara Helen O’Connor, flute.  Peggy Pearson, oboe.  J. Lawrie Bloom, clarinet.  Adrian Morejon, bassoon.  David Jolley, horn.

To fill we used the new Hilary Hahn recording and also some recordings of Marc Andre Hamelin and Les Violons Du Roy who are playing at Shriver Hall tomorrow!
