5-2-13 Word On Wine “Tasting Vs. Drinking”
Have you ever tried to convince a colleague or a friend that wine tasting was work. Let me tell you it’s an uphill battle! Most people think that when you taste wine you’re just sitting back and knocking em down! OK I’ll admit that wine tasting isn’t like building a box girder bridge, but in its way, it is work…which drinking definitely isn’t. The goal in tasting wine is evaluation, whereas, the goal in drinking is well….drinking! Is this true or are Mary and I just fooling ourselves! Check out our show and decide for yourselves.
