1)2011 Inzolia. Terre Di Giumara. Caruso and Minini. $16.50. The grape is inzolia, the name of the wine Terre di Giumara and the producer Caruso and Minini. The wine comes from Marsala but don’t be fooled…not fortified or sweet…bone dry and solid!
