Even if you’ve lived in Baltimore all you life, chances are your ancestors came from a different part of America –  if not the world. Geographers research this phenomenon as the discipline of Transnationalism, and Alan Marcus, a professor at Towson at University, has edited a book called Transnational Geographers in the United States: Navigating Autobiogeographies in a Global Age. He came into the studios to enlighten us.
