Baltimore’s Spotlighters Theatre is presenting A Sensation Novel from September 11-October 4. With a book by W.S. Gilbert and music by Michael Nash and T. German Reed, the show mocks both literary and theatrical conventions, and may also shatter some stereotypes about the “prim and proper” Victorians. Recently, I spoke with director Michael Blum and music director Erica Rome about the production. Here are links to both of our chats – yes, we recorded two!
