Alvin Ailey Dance

By Judith Krummeck | Posted in Host Blogs, Interviews | No Comments

When I was still living in Africa, there was great excitement when we heard that the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater would be performing in Johannesburg. They lived up to all the hype — it was a thrilling performance. One of the principal dancers in the company was Linda-Denise Fischer-Harrell, who is now an active dance teacher in Baltimore. It was my pleasure to meet her (and to swap notes on the African tour) when she came into the studio to talk to me about the upcoming presentations by Ailey IIĀ  at Towson University this weekend.
