From September 3rd through 6th, DC's proudly and boldly experimental theater company Sol Lab—as much a tool for exploration as a mechanism for production—will offer Baltimore audiences a deeply, poetically immersive experience at Theater Project.
The original, company-devised work is titled Lost Ship and will invite audiences (limited to a maximum of 26 per performance) on a gently guided journey through the senses and around multiples sites around the venue, designed to provide an exploration of association, imagery, memory, and imagination. It's all inspired by and based on poetic texts that reach from the 20th Century back to the dawn of literature itself, offered as an antidote to the hurried and harried, hectic or humdrum encounters that besiege daily life.
