The extraordinarily long process of switching credit card processors in finally finished!! Thank you so much for your patience while we sorted this out!
Unfortunately, we were NOT able to retrieve your existing credit card data from our old processor. We were hoping to make this seamless, but alas, this is not the case.
What we need you to do:
Either log in to MyWBJC
, or call in to Membership (410-580-5800), to update your card info.
- If you have mailed a check for October and November, your card will be charged for December on the 15th. If you update after the 15th, you won’t be charged until January.
- If you have already mailed December’s payment via check, wait until AFTER 12/15 to update us so that your card will not be charged until January. It may take us a little bit to receive the check and we’d hate to double charge you.
- If you have not mailed a check, we will still only process a single month’s payment *unless you contact us and tell us to back-charge the months that were skipped*
We thank you in advance for bearing with us while we get things sorted! Please let us know right away if there are any glitches, double charges, or anything out of sorts. It might take us a little bit to get Sustainer payments flowing smoothly again.
