5-9-20 Music in Maryland. Bay Atlantic Orchestra!

By Jonathan Palevsky | Posted in Host Blogs, Music In Maryland | No Comments

Bay Atlantic Symphony offers holiday concerts in Vineland and Galloway

It’s a fair question why we are playing live recordings by the Bay Atlantic Orchestra on Music in Maryland!  The reason is that their music director Jed Gaylin lives in Baltimore, went to Peabody and is also music director of the Hopkins Symphony.  We have the pleasure of the Bach Double Violin Concerto and also Beethoven’s 6th Symphony ‘Pastoral’ in live performances.  Thanks to the BAO for providing the recordings.

To fill we used two Baltimore Symphony Elgar Recordings.
