9-30-19 Word on Wine Pecorino and Rocim Amphora
Our first wine was made from a grape called Pecorino and was entitled Citano. I had some fabulous Pecorino at a fine Italian Cafe in Montreal called Cafe Dante…on Via Dante…This wine pairs beautifully with great Italian food…which they serve. Our second wine was from Portugal and was made in a very traditional style…in clay amphoras and without refrigeration…not to my taste but if you are looking for something interesting…this is it. Look for Herdade do Rocim Amphora.
