Now there are some problems with the drink…Aperol isn’t the greatest amaro in the world or the most complex BUT if you use a super dry good quality prosecco and lemon instead of orange…the drink balances out and works well. Mary was all prepared to hate the one I made and it worked out great. Try making it yourself and see what happens. Here’s the show!
