Our two wines this week were the Paleokerisio Ioannina orange sparkling wine and the Federstahl Muller Thurgau from Germany. Both were very interesting and worth pursuing.
It’s no surprise that people are confused about the terms Organic, Biodynamic and Natural. Mary and I have a brief discussion about these three interesting approaches to wine making!
