This week we have both orchestral and chamber BSO performances. Here are the orchestral pieces which both begin and end the show. Both are by Barber which is kind of nice!

In between we played two pieces featuring BSO musicians. The first was Beethoven’s String Quartet # 15 with violinists Greg Mulligan and Ivan Stefanovic, violist Noah Chaves and cellist Bo Li. We also played the Bloch Suite for Viola and Piano with violist Peter Minkler and pianist Lura Johnson.
