7-23-15 Word On Wine Racines de la Terre.
This week I continue my discussion with Keith Kuhn from Pacific Chaser. We are talking about a line of wines from the Languedoc called Racines de la Terre or in English Roots of the Earth. This a reasonably priced line of varietal wines with everything from Pinot Noir to Malbec to Chardonnay. They are located right near the medieval town of Carcasonne with its amazing castle! The Languedoc is not only full of castles it has great wine bargains as well.
