8-11-14 Word On Wine Cloudy Bordeaux
1)2010 Chateau Tour HautCaussan. $26. 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Mary was fortunate enough to have guests bring this bottle which she enjoyed with Cassoulet. All she said was Yummy! Smooth and nice especially at the price point.
2)2012 Cloudy Bay New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. This was a very trendy wine a few years ago and has fallen off the radar a bit! We say…BRING IT BACK. This was a delightful SB and should be revisited…like all old friends!
