    Dear Diana Ross:
Thank you for allowing me to participate in the fund raiser. WBJC went on the air when I was 3 years old so I have been listening since childhood. I have always loved classical music and opera but have known very few people who do. The fundraiser finally provided the opportunity to meet others who share my taste, view the inner sanctum of my favorite station and attach faces to some of the disembodied voices I constantly hear. The food was delicious and my scale attests that I ate more then my share of it! Although I am not in a position to support the station financially I am retired so I am able to support WBJC_FM with additional volunteer work on a regular basis, if you so desire.
    Sincerely:
    Ron Eckels

Ron it was great working with you! I’ve passed your note and number along to Yvonne :) Lots of volunteers say much the same: it’s so much fun working with other classical music lovers!
