I usually order wine by the glass because I like whites and my partner prefers reds. Glasses usually run between $6 and $12 and we typically have two a piece over the course of a long meal. Considering that you are spending $40 or so on wine you might want to know who chose these wines and what sort of commitment the restaurant has to their well being.
