This week Mary and I continue our quest to become better wine tasters! We talk about my favorite topic, which is acidity! As a white wine lover nothing makes a great wine greater than the nice balance of fruit and acidity. This week we use citrus and dilute it with water to examine varying degrees of acidity in wine.
