Premium substitution

Unfortunately we are unable to get more than a handful of the Tea and Coffee sets listed at the $365 pledge level on the premium list in the latest mailings.  The “Coffee” portion has been substituted with “Christmas Cookies,” featuring music from the Nutcracker Ballet.
