I made a really nice omelet Sunday morning. Sausage, Swiss and Gruyere cheeses. It was beautiful. I almost didn’t eat it, it looked so good. I should have taken a picture of it. I did eat it, and it was wonderful.
A couple of weeks ago, I made the same thing, but in the turning process, it broke apart. Didn’t look so good. Even though it had all the same elements as my “perfect” omelet, it didn’t taste the same. Visual stimulus is a powerful thing. Hope all your omelets are perfect.food
